”Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. ”Good breakfast bar—better than most
An issue that affected my overall rating: I accidentally left my hearing aid charger in the room. We called to have it mailed. The desk clerk expressed little interest or concern for this request, and it has not been sent. This item is of no value to anyone else, but it will cost me $270.00 to replace it. I am disappointed that the staff didn’t take the time to locate and mail this charger to me.”

”The pool was a mess and the buildings surrounding the pool need to be torn down. They offer no early check in (even though we were told they would allow one, along with a late check out, for a fee.) Their late check out did not exist either, as we were told they normnally allow it, but all of the early check outs were already claimed for the day. So when they say 10am check out , they mean it. ”Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. The staff were great just disappointed in my overall experience.”

”This was the second year in a row we stayed at Adero for our December long weekend. Since the previous year the property has seen some lovely upgrades and improvements.
The classes that were offered were excellent for both Pilates and yoga.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking. The location is a get away from the center of the city so having parking shouldn’t be an extra cost.
Otherwise would recommend. ”
