”We loved our stay in Arlington. The cute cottage is super clean and over-the-top supplied, making our stay fantastic. Care is obvious! The hostess and host truly have made this home beautiful, efficient, and comfortable, ranging from the white hydrangeas, Joe-Pie-Weed, and potted red geraniums near our outside deck, the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the black out blinds, to the comfortable bed! We recommend it highly. ”

”Truly lovely place with fun bedroom decor and a rustic beachy vibe. The I closed fenced in area was great for the dog. Clean and nice and the host was supper accommodating and willing to work with us. Bonus - no extensive complicated checkout list. So lovely. ”

”This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!”

”Very pleasant, peaceful and just what the doctor ordered. A quiet get-away that's far enough from civilization but close enough if you want to venture out in the world. The property was very well kept. The only things that need a little tending to is the pool area seating as the the bar seats should be replaced and the grill could use a cleaning. Our host and his sidekick (Steve & Casey) were a pleasure. I would definitely return to this property”

”Very, very nice stay - a short walk to the beach, and wonderful hosts - we forgot to empty a drawer of a few personal things and they found them and said they would mail them back to us. Very grateful for that. Full kitchen, laundry and just beautiful overall. It was a first floor level to a home rather than a separate cottage but even my teenage son said it was an awesome house to stay in. Thoroughly enjoyed our week there and wanted to stay much longer. ”
