”Upon check in to my room the television didn’t work no volume I was moved across the hall, the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work in that room then as I was getting dressed for my day I found out the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and couldn’t give me an explanation on why, just said I don’t know it was all just a mess, had to jump through hoops to get my second night cancelled ended up leaving and booking a different room for the night ”

”The room was ok. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast hours. The hair dryer bracket was not attached to the wall very well. Very unstable. The hair dryer sparked and burnt out when I turned it on. Few ice makers on the floors. People were complaining in the elevator that they had to go to 1st floor to get ice. I asked for an easy in easy out room. Thought she gave us 119 but keys did not work for that room, it was 611 so that meant elevator trips. We swam in the pool...

”Traveled here with my two kids for a couple days. The room was clean and smelled clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it’s small but the hotel was slower so we had it to our selves both days. The breakfast is good that they offer and it was nice having access to the restaurant and bar for dinner. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that you could hear the people upstairs stomping around. Wasn’t too bad tho. I Would come here again”
