We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at The Point Cabin. Our listing notes the beds as 1 king, 2 queens and 1 double (full), which is accurate. The upstairs beds are both queen sized, while we have a king in the owner's suite and a double (full) in the main floor guest room. We are however, excited to share that we are going to be replacing the full sized be with a King size later this years as one of our continued improvement projects. I'm sorry you had trouble with the door lock. We set the codes to begin and end at check in / check out times. The code should not have stopped any earlier, and we will look into that to make sure it doesn't happen again. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

This guest left at 4pm the day prior to their check out (which occurs at 10am) due to a 'change of plans' and then requested a free night for a future stay. We were unable to accommodate this request as we were not able to re-rent that night for a few reasons - zero notice given, departure occurred 6 hours after our check out time and it was a holiday weekend. We are sorry to see this guest make a comment about the cleanliness of the cabin. Had they mentioned this is any one of our numerous conversations, both by phone and text, we would have immediately sent our housecleaning crew to the cabin to remedy the situation. It is our hope that future guests would look past this review and see that there have been no previous issues with cleanliness prior to this review and that the complaint is reflective of the guest, not the property.
