”I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.”

”Upon arrival at 4:00 P.M., the hotel had no electricity. Not their fault but there was no one at the desk or anywhere near it. I went outside to find a man in a sleeveless tee shirt to ask if there was anyone who worked there. It was him. We got into the hotel at 10:00, no word of any kind of compensation. Free breakfast was a coffee machine that didn't work right, a few small muffins, granola bars and goldfish bags. There was no ice on floors 2 and 3 for 5 days. We had adjoining rooms with my...

”Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Busch Gardens (3) minutes, they had a shuttle but we were unaware. Remote control was missing a battery so no television the first night we were too tired to go to the lobby after we settled in for the night. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a good stay.”

”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .”

”Staff was kind but WiFi was not working. Upon checkout we were told that we should have reported that the WiFi wasn’t working and that they were working on it at the moment so it works in some rooms, not others. No additional linens in the room and had to request extra blankets and received one. TV was not working. Upon checkout we were offered that a manager could possibly give a discount on a future stay for our troubles…we will not be returning.”

”The worst experience I have ever had in my 77 years on this earth. The place was dirty, need for repairs and the last time I will ever stay in this hotel chain.”

”Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time”

”Staff was very nice and attentive. Clean towels were provided, room was clean. There are some renovations going on so that has the outside kind of sketchy looking but it was an overall great stay.”

”The hallway looked nice, but the rooms were only average. The bathroom door didn't lock, which was disappointing. If there aren't better hotel options available, you can consider staying here, but don't expect much. Also, the receptionist wasn't very helpful. But i will not stay again.”
