The Colonies at Williamsburg
The only issue we had was the carpet and furnishings are really old and outdated. There is a musty old smell that I am sure was coming from the carpets. I’d they just did a few updates to the flooring, it would be perfect

Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Kingsmill water-view studio, minutes to Busch Gardens & Colonial Williamsburg!
The room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Access to the river and walking trails made the stay exceptionally pleasant. The owners gave good information. We had no complaints.

Charming 4-bedroom cottage with AC in Williamsburg

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect for 3 adults!!! Everyone had their own bedroom, their own bathroom, and their own heat controls in their area. Every amenity was provided that we needed. The place was clean!! I would definitely rent again if I was in the area.
