”Easy to locate as it's right by Birmingham airport which also links to the NEC via Airlink. I stayed for 6 nights and it was cheap and cheerful and fit for its intended purpose - the staff were lovely and very helpful when I had an issue with my card key (mobile phones can de-magnetise the card and stop it from working) Despite being near the airport I had no issue with outside noise which is fantastic as I am a very light sleeper I would definitely stay there again”

”Used this hotel when visiting the NEC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice and the lunch menu was enjoyable. Room was nice (bathroom layout was a little weird - my wife locked herself in). The only complaint was the beds had new mattresses and were rock hard and slightly uncomfortable. But aside from that, enjoyed our stay.”

”I was not sure about this hotel given the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. Maybe there has been a lot of improvements from past reviews? We had an executive room, we were just passing through but the room was great, bathroom clean if basic but a massive room and a massive tv which we never got to use. Not sure what else you could want for the price. We didn’t do breakfast but the lobby and food area looked really good. Car park and exterior doesn’t do it justice but happy we chose it...
