”The maintenance man is why this has the higher rated stars. The first night, my room had ZERO air in late June. I was checked in by Security (she was nice). The second room the TV did not work. Maintenance to the rescue. Everything is plugged by a heavy duty extension cord. WiFi is horrible! The property is clean. I felt safe. But the front desk staff is not the stellar service I experienced staying here in 2024. BEWARE of the $150 deposit in addition to your room per booking. I needed to stay...

”This was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate any request. I really appreciated all the staff and how hard they work. I would definitely stay here again. It's close to all shopping, amusement parks and plenty of dining options close by within walking distance.”

”Pieni hotelli ja sijainti oli hyvä. Muuten oli siistiä, mutta kylpyhuone oli siivottu vähän huonosti. Allas oli lämmitetty ja hyvä. Pyytämällä saimme peiton, pyyhkeen ja pahvimukeja. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa. ”

”Wear and tear not taken care of in hotel, fridge didnt work and beds were not comfortable. However kids liked putt putt and pool but two of my three were not tall enough for slide.”

”Wifi didn’t work in our room. We informed front desk about it. They promised to take a look at it and inform us. Don’t know if they did anything about it, since it didn’t start to work any better. Wifi is important to tourists coming from out of States and don’t have the luxury to use unlimited access to internet as locals do. Hotel was clean. Bar food ok.”

”Needs a total renovation on the outside but the rooms were ok and the lobby was scratchy and not open before 10am”

”First night the family on the second floor with their kids was running back and forth late at night an early morning I unable to get some rest. Second night as i was sleeping found bugs on the bed and then saw them crawling up the curtains and other bedrooms. I asked front desk to clean up and they did immediately. We enjoyed the main pool a lot wanted to stay to try to rest and spend more time at the resort but front desk was not able to help us with it, so we left. Dont think we will come...

”if you like to be up late past 10 this is not the best place for you , you can’t be in the kitchen 😂, in the pool, no living room basically if you wanna breath this is not the best option, make sure you book a room that as a parking spot if not your walking at least 15 mins if not more IF YOU DONT NOT LIKE TO WALK THIS IS NOT A PLACE DOR YOUUUU easily 15 rooms in the house so if you wanna be by your self also don’t book this other than that our stay was pretty good”

”La propiedad estuvo bien, pero haber la reserva con expedía fue un completo desastre, nunca enviaron mi reservación al hotel, aún y cuando la reserva la realicé un mes antes! No recomiendo expedía”
