”Beautiful private villas that provide an exclusive feel. Each staff member provides a welcoming atmosphere and has the utmost professionalism. We got to meet many and many knew us by name by the end of our stay adding that personal touch. The villas are guarded 24/7 but a very respectful staff to ensure complete safety and piece of mind. The spa is extremely relaxing and comfortable with couples options that provide the romantic touch we wanted for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend this...

”Luxus property in every sense. So beautiful, clean, safe. So many (7) pools. Beautiful garden. Nice beach. Hot sun. Not too many kids shouting etc. Other luxus hotels (e.g. The Westin) just nearby where you can visit and use their boutique shops and restaurants. Small shopping mall in a walking distance. Nice opportunity to hire a taxi and a guide for a day to show you the UBUD area with many attractions. ”

”We enjoyed super quick check-in, upgrade to Conrad Suite building and very attentive service. I especially appreciated service at Corand Suites pool, where the pool staff very promptly offered cold water and refreshment towels.
We purchased half board which was great value for the money; the expectation was a buffet dinner but instead we were able to visit any of the resort restaurants and have a three course meal.
Only inconvenience was hotel payments as I didn’t purchase resort credits but...
