"A little snafu when I upgraded my 2 queens reservation to ensure I would have fully accessible room. I was moved into a king but didn’t want my ride sleeping in a chair so we were put in a king suite with a big balcony!! Unfortunately it was super hot so didn’t use. Just another lesson learned."
