”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

”We were offered a comfortable and clean room. The receptionist was helpful. The restaurant staff were attentive. Overall, everything was great ”

”We did not eat at the guest house. One thing I will mention is the locatio . Be prepared to pay for Oxfords new congestion charges!! Parking was fine, location was great, bus route into central Oxford and hospitals was excellent. Great pub 3 mins walk down the road called The Brittania. Great traditional pub food. ”

Haluavat vieraiden tietysti ruokailevan hotellissaan. Sululta (lock) menee hyvä kävelyreitti Oxfordiin tai voi hypätä jokilaivan kyytiin, jolloin pääsee noin 40 minuutissa perille.”

”Our second stay at the Swan Hotel in Bibury, a charming, historic carriage house, we stayed in one of the adjacent stone cottages complete with kitchenette, cozy fireplace, upstairs bedroom and full bathroom, a second toilet and shower on first floor. Clean, welcoming staff, and historic country charm. Will choose Swan Inn again on our next visit. ”

”Siisti huone vaikka pieni, mutta hyvin kostea sisäilma huoneessa (lokakuu). Aamiainen hyvä ja maukas, mutta kaipasimme esim leipävaihtoehtoja. Hotelli sijaitsee kävelyetäisyydellä sekä summertowniin että Oxford City Center. Hiljainen katu ja meidän huone oli myös hyvin rauhaisa käytävän viimeisenä. ”
