”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”No problems with this hotel at all! Clean and modern in style. Staff were friendly and provided some great places nearby. The restaurant attached to hotel was delicious. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Inner Harbor which makes it an ideal location. Would definitely stay again. ”

”The outside premises were nice and the checkout area was clean. The morning breakfast was delicious and had options. However, the suite for my family was not so great. The TVs weren’t working, one of the toilet didn’t flush properly and the wifi was choppy. The price I paid for one night‘s stay wasn’t worth it. Would not stay here again!”

”My room upon arrival wasn't clean and had an odor. The bathroom wasn't clean and the the towel had hair in them.
The refrigerator was broken, they didn't have any towels on Saturday. I asked to speak with the manager for a refund , we wore leaving to go to another hotel. I decided to wait to speak with her, just to find out I was given the wrong information. Sunday we left after the horrible experience. Eventually spoke with the General manager Deekpat to explain the situation even took...

”My family and I stayed for 2 nights from May 4th to May 6th. Very disappointed with our stayed. The main reason was because when I let the front desk lady know that our toilet was clogged, she was just texting on the phone and didnt even look at me. I keep telling her what our room number was to make sure, but she still keep looking at her phone texting. My wife asked if she heard what the room number was and she replied " yes loud and clear ". This was around 11:30 am. When we came back at 10pm...
