”The front desk staff at this hotel was horrible, with the exception of Janet, she was the only friendly face I encountered behind the front desk in my 10 nights stay. I called to ask about a package there and encountered the worst behaving person on duty, she refused to give her name and was not at all helpful about my package enquiry and she even hung up on me.
