”Property is beautiful, the room itself was beautiful and spacious. But the room was also not cleaned well and had a good sized number of small bugs crawling around the floor. When paying $300+ a night I don’t expect to see bugs crawling around the room.
And to be clear the front desk agent at check in was amazing and extremely helpful. On the other hand the person from housekeeping was very nonchalant about the bug situation and so was the maintenance person. Extremely disappointing”

”The construction we didn’t know about before booking. There was no parking or rides to the river ranch to avoid the parking issue and no closer pool to go to instead or even just relax in near the rooms which would be nice after 8pm until 10 at least. We came just for swimming so it was a real bummer. I didn’t see 7 pools at the river ranch either so I wondered where the others were but I was told that was the only place to swim.”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. The casino and room were clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the food options were very limited. There are two options in the food court. And only five dining options. During our stay three of those options were closed. In addition I found that the menu options mirrored the other restaurant menu furthering the limited options. I did not gamble but my husband who did found it lacking and only spent a short time gambling. Which is not his...
