”Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

”This place was very, very mediocre at best. The staff was average to poor. Our initial reservation was for three nights, but then we extended it to four nights. When we checked in at the front desk, we were told we had to come back at 9 PM to make sure that the extra day was connected to our three day initial reservation. The room was OK but I I don’t like the two sliding doors to get into the bathroom. They never close properly. I like to keep the heat and steam in the bathroom and those doors...
