”The bell staff always make our stay so welcoming . The housekeepers do a very good job. The restaurant Nice Matin continues with good food and service. We have been coming to the Lucerne for many years ”

”At first I was given a room with a great view but after a couple days realized I was hearing a back elevator till midnight starting at 6am. They were very nice about changing it to a large quiet room with no view but a definite upgrade. Nice staff and location”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

”Highly impressed by this hotel. They stored our luggage prior to check in, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade once checked in. Stafff was extremely friendly & helpful. Room was large, especially for nyc, and clean. ”

”Hieno ja siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Huone hyvä. Pehmee sänky ja hyvän kokoinen huone. Respassa ei puhuta eikä katsota edes asiakkaaseen päin. Tylyä kaikinpuolin.”

”Ilmastointi oli melkoisen äänekäs kuten myös perjantai-lauantain yökerho alakerrassa ja hissin äänet kuului selvästi kun oli huoneen vieressä. Suihkusta tuli alkuun kylmää vettä kunnes kuumeni niin ettei kestänyt olla suihkussa, keskiarvo siis hyvä :D muuten näppärä pikku hotelli lähellä Times squarea mutta kuitenkin sopivan rauhallisella alueella, ihan ok vastine hintaansa nähden👍”
