”Spacious, clean room. Took a second to figure out the AC/heater, but it worked well! The staff was very kind and welcoming. The area always seemed quiet and safe with even using your room key to open the door to the building. Nice walking distance to a lot of things. We didn’t get a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but I’m sure it was great. The rooftop terrace was icing on the cake and a special added bonus. Loved our stay here!”

”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023. Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC. Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice. Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food. Some minor issues with the room.
