”The hotel reminds me of the Overlook Hotel in The Shining with the old carpet, elevator and accents. That being said, the room and bathroom are charming on their own.
During our stay, our AC unfortunately broke down at 11:30 PM. The staff happily moved us from 3rd to 10th flr and it was the best room!!! It had 2 windows and more real estate.
Staff were excellent. The neighborhood is so quiet and a perfect mix of tourists and locals.

”Hotelli on tyypillinen Inn NYC:ssä, joka on perussiisti ja tarjoaa aamiaisen joka on syötävää mutta ei erikoista. Lisäksi löytyy kuntosali ja pieni baari alakerrassa. Aiempiin kokemuksiin erilaista oli automaattisen huonesiivouksen puuttuminen, mikä ei sinänsä ollut iso ongelma koska sen sai pyydettäessä ja uusia pyyhkeitä ym. sai respasta pyytämällä helposti.

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”

The kitchenette in our room was an absolute lifesaver—having a place to whip up quick meals or snacks for the little ones was such a relief. It’s not something you find in every NYC hotel, so it really set this place apart for us.
