Upon going to the apartment 2 days later NOTHING was cleaned or exterminated, roaches crawling around everywhere (floors, bed, bathroom...

”Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group.”
