”Room was spotless and no complaints at all”

”I felt comfortable as a solo traveller. But then it was my home town for nearly 40 years. However staff fantastic. I didn't check in until quite late in the day, and was told my room would be in the 1st not grounds floor which I had asked for. But the reason was the lock on my ground floor was playing up and needed a repair. But I could lock from inside and although it was a struggle I managed it so it was my choice to take the ground floor. Peaceful night. Nice shower. Found duvet in...

”Nice location decent room but Tv is a lil dated and control was slow. The portion size food wise was a bit of a let down for me but it was decent. It may be one of the better/best hotels in the area.”

”Very convenient and clean (although slight damp smell throughout) and staff were lovely! This is a pretty basic hotel though - room large with comfy bed but warm - and if you don't have a room in the hotel itself you are nowhere near the sea - wasn't a problem for us. It's a very busy locals pub though which we were good with but not a tranquil seaside stay. And parking is tricky as need to top up at the off-site carpark at 8am each day. Good breakfast tho!”

”Mannermainen aamiainen oli hyvä. Se sisälsi mm. kahvin, leivän, jogurtin, hedelmiä, mysliä, juustoa, leikkelettä ja keitettyjä kananmunia.Vastaanoton nainen oli hyvin ystävällinen. Poislähteminen oli vaivatonta. Sijainti oli erinomainen. Huone oli pieni, mutta mukava, vaikka olikin hieman nukkavieru. Hiustenkuivaajan olisi voinut lainata vastaanotosta. Voisin yöpyä toistamiseen. Continental breakfast was good. It included e.g. coffee, bread, yogurt, fruits, muesli, cheese and boiled eggs....

”The hotel was lovely, the room was lovely, clean,comfortable and perfect size for a family room. The staff were all lovely and helpful in every way, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.”

”It was as you would hope. Spacious, clean, comfortable with a nice bathroom.”

”Rooms and furniture are old and dated. Very expensive given whats offered for a nights stay. Cleanliness can be improved. No wifi in rooms. The reception is not manned 24/7. Latest check in is 8.30pm. I will not stay again.”

”Plenty of parking available, the staff were friendly and helpful. The actual accommodation is very tired and dated. The sink in the bathroom was totally cracked and in my opinion could be dangerous.”

”The hotel needs a lot of care and attention , cleaning which is a most. other parts need cleaning.I use the GYM when I was there, Equipment's need updated , .Lot of other places are rusted, meaning to old , good clean down.Needs a better fan for bathroom /shower, especially when having to do ANOTHER 2 IN THE toilet. NEEDS MORE STRONGER SUCTIONS. WINDOWS NEED CLEANING PLENTY COBWEBS IN EVERY AREAS. Rubbish even outside the areas need to be emptied daily, Areas where you are aloud to smoke...

”Our stay at the ship inn was lovely. The room was spacious and modern, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom and walk in shower were delightful. We didn’t have the breakfast as we had other plans with friends. This is a help yourself continental style breakfast, which looked quite basic but perfectly adequate. The staff onsite were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing we found could be improved is the communication beforehand. I had a query and so messaged via Expedia, I...
