”The receptionist wasn’t there when we came in and there was no sign saying when they’d be back. When they did arrive they were rude and extremely unhelpful, we wanted early check in and knew it was an extra cost and depended on room availability. We were told we’d get a text when it was ready, we didn’t, we went back to ask again and got our room, paid the early check in fee even tho we got the room 40 minutes early instead of the 2 hours like we tried for. The room itself was dingy, as if you...

”When we first walked into the hotel, I was struck by the smell of the spa. The hotel ws very well decorated and beautiful. We had come to Mission Viejo from Arizona for my sister's funeral. The hotel offered comfort and beauty, so restful. Our room was so wonderful. We had an ADA room which was perfect. The restaurant was great too. Christian made sure that we didn't need anything. By the way, the Asian salad was super delicious.”

”This is the only place we will be staying in the future when visiting family in La Mirada. We have stayed at several other hotels in the area, but we like this one the best. The rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained. The hotel is also close to restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful.”

”My son enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub, but it could have been a little cleaner. There were used towel laying around pool area. The room was decent overall for a one night stay for the price can't really complain too much.”
