”The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway.

The first night I arrived was at midnight so I couldn’t easily find another hotel. ”Room was really clean, and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection, new choices every day, and was good quality. Pool was a decent size but was clean and nice to cool off in. Area is not the best, a little dangerous compared to other parts of phoenix, but was ok in the day light. Staff was wonderful and super nice. Had a water fountain with clean cold water, and vending machines with a bunch of snacks for good prices!”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”
