Not the best place to get in our out of off route 66 right next to I40 but made it work. Great shower pressure and instant hot water all the time we used it. Overall good place.”

The vending is very limited and does not offer water. The breakfast was a disappointment for us. Other reviews that said it was good and I'm happy they got that experience. We did not. There was no meat option available and the eggs were soupy and cold. Inedible without microwaving, had to drain all the liquid...

”The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty. Also, the room door faces to the outside, which I hate. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. We have stayed in many hotels by Hilton and this one was an extreme disappointment. Thankfully we only stayed one night and then continued on to our destination.”

I did tell desk employee and he left a note for maintenance. Didn't see any one from maintenance. I was on vacation not planning to sit in a room all day. But what finally did for me was when the toilet wouldn't flush and an employee handed me a plunger and said here you go. Really wish I could get my...
