”Pleasant enough stay. Room was well sized worh a window that opened. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Car parking is free which is rare for hotels in the area. Its also in a rural area so quiet which was perfect. Tea and coffe is a kettle, no coffee machine but this is stated on the he hotel details. There's no daily room servicing so you have to ask if you need anything e.g toilet paper, tea/coffee, towels. The gym facilities were good although you have to pay to use it. A couple of...

”Carpet in my Lodge room has seen batter days, also the corridor carpet looks like many an ending to heavy nights landed on it. Food in the pub was terrible, first time i’ve ever sent a meal back anywhere. Fish and chips. Looked like the oil it was fried in hadn’t been changed in years and was inedible. ”

”We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Crown Inn. The location is perfect and easy to find, parking was simple in the car park opposite. We had the four poster room which was amazing. Very spacious and a massive bathroom too. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay ”

”Same music on repeat in bar. Which is overpriced. Menu in restaurant was not diverse and is so expensive for was it is. £21 for a burger but the chair you sit at your table on is broken and tables all wobbly. It’s just a joke. ”

”Great hotel and spa facilities. Shame about the TVs that have no TV guide facility due to them being linked into some daft hotel menu nonsense. The two rooms I stayed in also had screens that were failing and were almost entirely blue in tone due to the cheap outdated Samsung TVs that are in all of the rooms.”

”The mattress is way too soft. And in no world a bed smaller than queen size (160cm) should be allowed to be called a two-person bed. Otherwise the room was ok. The breakfast is nothing to look forward to. Also the dishes are not very clean ”

”The food is ok, service a bit slow, especially when busy. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, like sleeping on the floor it’s that hard. There were two beds in my room, both the same. ”
