”room was lovely and modern, unfortunately was a long walk to the room due to renovation works across the entire floor. Location was great, easy to get to the NEC from there with uber. Food was low point, very expensive and honestly the steak looked like a small burger in size and the mushy peas on the fish and chips looked like a snot smear on the bottom of the plate. Ended up eating elsewhere for rest of stay. ”

”Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

Plenty of spacious parking spaces. My host found the rate balance between friendly and not overly familiar. I was arriving late so I was sensibly put by the front door, presumably to not disturb other guests. The room was immaculate. ”Large, clean & comfortable bed. Breakfast in Sky bar, 5th floor exceptional. With an amazing view. Visited, casino, cinema & Spa during a two day stay. Excellent location from Birmingham airport, 5mins in taxi. Nice selection of shops & 18 restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend. Staff great too. ”
