Hieno vanha hotelli, ehkä vähän nuhruinen, likainen kokolattiamatto ja parveke. Muuten hyvä iso huone ja hyvät sängyt, erinomainen aamiainen. Ei ravintolaa eikä baaria. Hyvä sijainti keskellä keskustaa.

Good location of the hotel, friendly service, neat and quiet room, well renovated old Building. The only negative feedback during our visit was the lack of hotel info. There was no printed information available about hotel services (breakfast time etc) nor info in the room tv hotel info channel.

Traditional hotel in city center, nice interior
We topped here for one night while driving towards the Mediterranean. The hotel is conveniently located, but lacks own parking. However, the nearest underground parking is only a few minuted walk away. First impression of the interior is misleading, as the rooms are modern, while hallways traditional. The spa has been there for centuries, so they also know what they are doing.

Kahden päivän vierailu. Mukava hotelli, joskin käytävämme varrella oli jokin vesivahinko ja katto oli osittain huputettu muovilla.

Kallis aamupala
Hotelli sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla. Huone oli yleisilmeeltään rapistunut. Ehkäpä hotellin muutkin kerrokset ovat menossa remonttiin lähiaikoina, sillä ensimmäistä kerrosta remontoidaan parhaillaan. Aamiainen maksoi kahdelta hengeltä 39 euroa!!!!!! Posketon hinta perusskandinaavisesta aamiaisesta. Ymmärtäisin hinnan paremmin, jos tarjoilu olisi pitänyt sisällään shamppanjaa...

Historische Räume mit einem ganz tollen Charme. Sehr nettes Personal. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr guter Qualität. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Staatstheater und Parkhaus. Gute Busverbindung zum Bahnhof.

Das Beste am Haus ist die Bar incl.der Barceeperin! Der Spaa-Bereich schließt um 17uhr....? Antiker Kasten mit entsprechenden Schwiergkeiten und Kompromissen,die verm.dem Denkmalschutz geschuldet sind. In den Bädern herrscht Sanierungsstau!

Unique historical property with very helpful front desk receptionist. Parking is offsite at the casino. Room service was slapdash. A screwed up luggage label that fell on the floor had not been cleaned up 3 days later and when the tissues ran out in the bathroom they were not replaced at the daily room service.

A lovely old style hotel. It is perfectly located close to all the main attractions of Wiesbaden. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage
Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und praktisch. Das Badezimmer hat ein bisschen komisch gerochen, aber unser Zimmer (superior) war groß und stilvoll. Das Duschgel in der Dusche war leer und wurde in den 3 Tagen nicht nachgefüllt. Das habe ich leider erst beim auschecken an der Rezeption gesagt. Im Zimmer waren 2 große Flaschen Mineralwasser, die umsonst waren. Das fand ich sehr nett. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Wirklich ausnahmslos ganz tolles Personal: freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Ich würde minimale Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer machen, aber das dürfte auch dem Alter des Hotels geschuldet sein. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück mit wunderschönem Innenhof, ruhige Zimmer und für ein Kettenhotel mit sehr individuellem Touch, der die Geschichte des Hauses hervorhebt. Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!
