”The staff were amazing and were glad that we have stayed there before. They were able to check us in early with a call ahead of time to see if there's availability the day of our stay. This hotel is definitely one of my go-tos!”

”Checking in was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. However, the sink was clogged. I called down to the front desk to let them know, but no one showed up to fix it. When we checked out, I told the lady at the front desk and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she would pass that on. No apologies”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

”Two older ladies that work the front desk make things feel very uncomfortable. Their rules, regulations are beyond normal policies.
Then, if you take an account, their behavior, mannerism and demeanor it all adds up to a bad experience.”

”It was kind of loud, not from traffic or the neighborhood, just from people outside. Guess that's an issue with courtyard hotels.
It was a little weird that the water from the tap and the shower was hot, not lukewarm, but hot even when cold is selected.
I didn't do it, but wondering if you could get around with not paying for parking by parking in the neighborhood behind the hotel”

”The room was acceptable, nothing great. The restaurant was ridiculous. It was full when we tried to get dinner. one cook, one server trying to bartend and serve meals which was not working! We ended up leaving because the wait for service and food was much longer than we could wait. Went to bed hungry! Shuttle service was good.”

”We stayed for 5 nights in November. Pleasant stay, room was clean and spacious, breakfast as expected, enough hot items. Hotel is a bit worn and there was some work being done in the hallways. The pool was nice and we had it almost to ourselves during our stay. Would stay again. Location near Papago Park a plus.”
