”We had no trouble booking this space. We loved the location and ease to the beach. We often stay at Sea Side Villas and liked the updated and clean space. We appreciated the railing for the bunk beds as well as the ladder for the top bunk. The space does not smell musty and all was working well. The glass sliding door to the porch does not lock easily. You have to pick it up and shimmy it. Like others mentioned the hot and cold were reversed in the shower—but easy enough to figure out...

”This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt....

”We enjoyed our stay here! The Moorings is a great location - a short walk to the beach, the Dunes House, and the General Store. The layout is nice and spacious. This unit was updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had no issues during our stay other than the dryer did not seem to dry very well. Hope to stay here again in the future :)”

Whenever we had questions or needed something, the staff was very responsive. The location is centrally located and just steps from the beach, food and shops. My family enjoyed our stay. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
