”This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return.”

”This property was good for mine and my boyfriend’s trip to Savannah, but there were for sure some downsides. Highs: perfect size for two adults, no-contact check-in, body care items provided, washer/dryer, full-sized kitchen, fair price, quiet. Lows: contact with the host was very poor and we didn’t receive the check-in information until less than 20 hours prior to our stay, no comforter (only had a fitted sheet and thin top sheet) and missing a pillow case on the bed so it was difficult to...

”Great townhouse close to everything. Ten minute walk to beach with toddler and child. The space was wonderful for my family and parents. Stairs are a bit steep for little ones.Overall great stay !!”

”Beautiful home with awesome hosts! The hot tub was great, the beds were comfortable, as was the entire home. A short drive to downtown Savannah and we enjoyed our stay very much. We could have used more towels, (at least two per person) but it was a minor inconvenience.”

”This house was great for our needs - we had 8 adults and 5 kids and never felt cramped. The proximity to the beach was great - just a couple minutes, if that, from the door to the sand. We loved being able to walk to the store up the road to grab what we needed and to be able to walk to a lot in general. The screened in porch was perfect to catch all the beach stuff so the house never felt too messy.”

”Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Close to local coffee shops & a large Kroger grocery store. There were multiple cockroaches around the house (entryway & in each bedroom). Albeit they were dead, it was still clear that the floors had not been swept. Overall, would recommend this to large groups/families. All appliances were in working condition & aside from the cockroaches (which it is an older house so somewhat expected) everything was clean.”

”Very comfortable home in fantastic location. Beautiful outdoor area with ocean views from almost every room. Very well stocked home and all the beach towels and chairs were a nice touch! The pool area was awesome! The owners were always very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely return to this house again. The short and private path to the quiet beach was icing on the cake! We hated to leave!”

”My cousins and I had a wonderful stay at the Parsonage at Forsyth!! Its a beautiful house, very comfortable, plenty of space and we loved sitting on the front porch. We also took advantage of the pool on Tybee Island for one day. It was also very nice, plenty of chairs and places to sit, very relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit in the future :).”

”The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. So easy to get around on our rented golf cart. It's just around the corner from a great beach access but really not far from any access point. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is stocked well. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels and plenty of room. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Great house! Highly recommend!”

”This was the perfect house for my family! So convenient to the beach and other amenities…we didn’t drive all weekend! The icing on the cake was the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, Todd. The A/C went out during Memorial Day weekend and the Todd responded immediately. The A/C was fixed before we got home from the beach! I will absolutely stay here again and try any other property hosted by Todd”

”The house was exactly as described. Excellent owner communication. Quiet part of the beach was fantastic. Plenty of nice beach chairs and a beach cart to use. Very clean. A bit awkward for the middle bedroom. Recommend whoever gets up the earliest takes that one as you have to walk through it to get to the two other rooms (and master bath.) Pool was perfect. Great location close to Coligny. Overall we would definitely stay here again.”

”The set up was a little different since you had to check in at the neighboring hotel. We were on the 3rd floor terrace which provided the only unobstructed view of the beach. My issue were with the rugs. They didn't seem as clean as they could be. ”

”The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
