"Seemed like the staff was doing their best with a bunch of low class individuals and the place had no clean rooms so they gave me a dirty handicapped room after telling me I wouldn’t be able to check In and I’d get a refund . But I guess a dirty room is better than no room"

"If you work at the front desk you represent the hotel brand. Think her name was Maria, she was rude and unprofessional. The beds were comfortable, only redeeming aspect of this hotel. Lousy service, people need some major training!!! It was a disappointment and for spending $150 a night I expect ..."

"The area of town the hotel is in is filled with homeless people and drugs. These people will harass you the minute you step outside the door. It’s not a safe area to be in. I wouldn’t stay there again."
