Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. ”Friendly and helpfull staff 24hr front desk. Basic Breakfast available however other places inside service station and a starbucks or greggs just down the road. Lunch and evening meal menu available or again can use the service station outlets. Personaly I just had food in the hotel. Rooms are pretty good and shower is great 👍 ”

”Stayed here for the first time 14 March oh my what a treat. We stayed in the James Herriot room and it’s the little details such as a piece of cake a glass of port and the accessories were in keeping with the great man himself all very well thought out. We dined that evening and we were not disappointed the food was exceptional and well executed. A warm and welcoming experience by staff who were so friendly!”

”I felt comfortable soon has i walked in staff where lovely, the only thing was they had a power cut for 12 hours and it was pitch black in the bedroom i know its not there fault but i have a walking disability which i try to keep to my self. But other than that i have had a fantastic stay.”

”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Do try the pancakes, they we're delicious! The hotel overall is really comfortable and clean, the food at the pub is delicious and you'll feel taken care of your whole stay. I...
