”An excellent place, nice rooms and super friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was great too. The only limitation we found is that it is quite secluded and a half an hour drive away from Downtown Oxford.”

”Perfect location when wanting to utilise soho farmhouse. Even though the rooms are super outdated in terms of the design, hairdryer and iron, they are very spacious and provide a good nights rest - the bath is a plus also! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice at breakfast, better than some hotel chains.. however the omelette was grey and questionable. Will definitely be staying again! ”

”Very pleasant experience. Clean modern room and helpful staff. Cosy restaurant with good drinks. Breakfast is freshly prepared according to your choise, a bit heavy though. Rooms are located in a separate building near a big road so we heard a little bit of noise from the traffic.”

”ロンドンから1泊2日で、コッツウォルズに行き、レイコック・バイブリーを周り、宿はチェルトナムのザウィートシーフィンに宿泊しました。英国在住の日本人のブログで知ったのですが、宿は、ここにして大正解だったと思います。わたしもまたコッツウォルズに行く機会があれば、こちらに泊まると思います。特にインテリアがとても可愛く、外に飲めるテラスがあるので早めにチェックインして夕飯まで一杯飲むのがおすすめです。レストランは本当に美味しいお料理がいただけるので、ぜひここで召し上がってください。宿の周辺は他にやることが何もありませんが、静かで歴史ある街並みはとても素敵です。歯ブラシ、スリッパはないので、持参が必要。周辺に同じ名前の宿が結構あるので、ナビに入れる際はぜひ住所で。”

”Check in was fast. The room allocated to me was easily accessible and very spacious. The plumbing system needs to be repaired. I found something floating in the wc when I first got into the room. Thought the housekeeping did not do a thorough job, but after I flushed the toilet, the floating objects kept reappearing. It was rather disgusting. The hotel has a pub and food was good, service was great too. ”

”A recently renovated room i think ( room 3) New bathroom- and powerful hot shower . Love the unusual wall paper! Room extremely clean and had all expected extras ( tea , coffee , biscuits ) No bath. (( if that’s your preference) Also located up stairs so some people may find that difficult. Easy access from courtyard and easy parking onsite. Fabulous breakfast. From bacon and sausage to avocado and sourdough. Great coffee and service prompt and friendly. ”

The carpet was dusty (or at least not cleaned/vacuum cleaned) since the previous customer, nor was it cleaned between our 2 nights stay. What was much worse; in the room there was a stark moldy smell that did not go off even as we kept the windows from both sides of the room open for 2 full days & nights. ”Good for a short stay, very basic pub accomodation. Located practically in the middle of nowhere and there's no possibility to go for a walk or a run in the evening. The pub downstairs is good, with reasonably priced food and drinks. Friendly staff. Stayed at the room 12 which at the time of my stay didnd't have any shower! This is unacceptable even temporarily, such room should not be offered at all.”
