”I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly.”

”I had an okay stay, it was only a one night. The room was clean. The building itself is very old so that can be seen in the corridors and public spaces, and the location of the hotel is not the best as you need a cab to go basically anywhere. In total I give 3/5.”

”Room was disappointing. Ceiling fan didnt work and it was a heatwave. Extractor in bathroom stayed on for an hour once light had been turned off. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed. Bath towels rough and many straggly ends. All surface areas were sticky, disgusting. Will never recommend this place, it was not the standard we paid for.”

”We stayed as part of a wedding party and were in the Hepburn suite. It's a beautiful wedding venue and a lovely place to stay over. Really lovely room, clean and very well presented. A lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.”

”The room was clean, comfortable and painted in the newer design, it was a great base for exploring Legoland Windsor. London, Chessington, and Thorpe park are all within an hour also. We live up north and look for hotels in close proximity to Merlin attractions with our passes. At £47 per night with free parking this hotel didn’t disappoint. There’s only a vending machine here (no bar or cafe), however there is ample tea coffee and towels in reception upon request and can order takeout if need...

”Quite underwhelming given the advertised photos. The rooms were dated and felt closer to a budget option such as a travelodge. A disappointing stay to say the least.”

”This is the second time I have stayed here, and we will be back. Staff are really lovely and very helpful, rooms have everything you need, are very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in other hotels nearby that are more expensive and nowhere near as good. Would highly recommend.”
