No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. ”The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...
