”All good. On my way out I had a quick lunch at Pembroke. To my surprise, a corner table - with the sofa - has water dripping on the couch, from the ceiling, probably A/C. It didn’t affect me but judging by the damage on the cushion surface, it’s been there for a while ”

”Nice hotel right across Union Station. Staff was friendly and our family room was spacious and clean yet it could get quite noisy in the evening / night. If you are not a firm sleeper like we are that could be a problem maybe. Location was good for public transport. We prefer doing most by foot. Keep in mind that that is very doable yet restaurants and main attractions will take you some time (not around the corner). ”

”I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn for years, and I wasn't expecting the greatest accomodations. However, this centrally located hotel exceeded my expectations! It was clean and fresh. The service was like a 5-star hotel. The common areas provided everything a guest would need at a reasonable price, restaurant and bar combo, business center, etc. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent as well, near the metro and walking distance to lively 14th St and P street.”

"I picked this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the national mall. However I was surprised by the sheer quality of the hotel in and of itself. The room was nice and the bed really comfortable. The Ipad was also a great way to control all aspects of the room conveniently! I didn‘t try out the breakfast or other dining opportunities nor the hotel gym, so rating those aspects is rather difficult. Otherwise the hotel was in total a really great one and definetly where I‘d stay if I come back to D.C in the future! "
