”I was please with the rooms and interior of the rooms, bathroom needed their toilet seats change they were old and stained which changed the vibe for me. I also notice if I was out when they came to clean the room they only made the bed, never replaced towels or toilet paper nor did they clean the sinks or showers. When I was in the room they asked me if I wanted that service I answered yes every time I got a cleaned room and replacement of towels, toilet paper, and floor were swept and washed....

”I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. ”We only stayed for a night but it was lacking in cleanliness for sure. The floors were sticky, headboard had finger prints on it, bathroom was yucky. The floor had ink stains on it, the doorhandles needed tightening. My husband was happy it had a TV, a bed, and a toilet, but it was far below my standards, especially based on the pictures. ”
