”Room spotless. Bre”

”The room wa clean and comfortable. The staff are brilliant. There were a couple of 'issues' when we arrived. TWe couldn't get the bedside lights to work and the radiator was very noisy and not heating. We mentioned this to the staff and both issues were sorted straight away (the fuse switch on the wall had been turned off, hence the lights not working and th radiator had an airlock and needed to be bled).There is some noise from the bar below but this ends when the bar closes at 10.30 and then...

”Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful and hot. Water, coffee and biscuits along with a selection of tea's in the room. Views from the room were good, it's a quiet area. Staff here are polite and welcoming, whether they are serving you or just passing by. We paid for breakfast, lots of choice for cold breakfast, really is something for everyone. Hot breakfast was to order, we could pretty much choose anything. Food could and should have been hotter considering...

”Staff were friendly. Had the three course Sunday dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. The bar had wood burners so was nice and snug. The room was to a high standard. We opted for breakfast in bed which again was good quality and generous. Free car parking just off the M6. ”

”A truly beautiful building in a great location with period features, glamorous cabaret bar, all staff friendly and helpful. Amazingly efficient lifts! Only suggestion is that guests are advised that they should book for the Fri & Sat cabarets due to popularity. Thank you. ”

”A very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when I’m coming back to Birmingham.”

”Paremman tasoinen kuin monet hotellit joissa Englannissa olen yöpynyt. Ei ollut kostea tai vetoisa laisinkaan vaikka alkukeväästä matkustimme. Huone oli siisti ja yleiset tilat kohtuullisen siistejä. Taksilla pääsee keskustaan muutamassa minuutissa ja kävellenkin jaksaa mennä.”
