”Location, location, location. What this hotel lacks in on-site amenities or upgrades, it makes up for 5X in the location. Other than getting a rental home, this hotel is the best location you can get with proximity to the beach, as well as proximity to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The staff is always friendly, they do their best to accommodate any request, and the fresh baked cookies in the lobby are certainly a nice touch. For the price, this is by far the best option when staying...

”We had a great time. The views were spectacular in spite bad weather, a true beachfront. My father in law enjoyed the beach without actually going to the beach.Everything was great, clean, no hassle, easy access to everywhere, spacious and fast response from the owners. I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying their time at this place. It’s a true gem!!”

”This house was the perfect size for me and 3 of my friends. Everything we needed was provided and the owners were very kind and communicated quickly. Right on the beach with many activities/restaurants nearby with easy access to all that amelia island’s downtown has to offer. Would definitely come back! ”

”This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all...
