”Best thing about this hotel is Amir Hamza. He is the friendliest of the persons on the earth. His customer services skill were great. I had very late check in and he was worried because my arrival was around 10:30pm. Hamza called me to check if I was still coming. He showed me the room and facilities. It is a nice hotel with some good features. Some things can be improved however I cannot complain. I have rebooked here 3 times just based on service. ”

”The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition.
