”Upon arrival we were told there was no longer a room for us because the ceiling fell in. The hotel did not attempt to contact us at any time. The staff member on duty basically told me that when he got to work no one had done anything about our situation and we were lucky he decided to act and got us a room down the street. We chose this hotel after much research for a 2 bedroom suite and it was replaced with a 2 bed in 1 room. This was unacceptable as was the supposed $50 discount at the new...

”Daily breakfast was nice and well managed/cared for. Location was convenient with many things nearby. Pool size was disappointing. Noise level was relatively high when we were there (high school choir group and midnight fire alarm evacuation).”

”Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful ”

”This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. ”
