”Perfect location to stay for parents with kids at University of Iowa. Clean, comfortable, and great staff. Parking garage was well lit and easy to access with room key. Hotel breakfast was great! Coralville river landing is a great area to stay with plenty of food, shopping and entertainment options.”

”Overall I give the hotel a Good rating. Staff was great, hotel very clean but the elevator wasn’t working consistently and the toilet in our room wasn’t secure to the floor. ”

”I’d I could rate this hotel in the negative I would. Terrible hotel. Room was filthy, food on floor, something smeared all over we refrigerator, drips of food on chair, room smelled, bathroom mirror had same white smear the refrigerator had. We were moved to a different room. This had no shower curtain, mold all along grout line, soap scum Ring in bathtub, barely a trickle of water from shower head and water spout. The pillows felt like shredded balled up tufts of material and the bed...

”This hotel is right across from Kinnick Stadium and a three minute drive to University of Iowa hospitals and clinics very conveniently located well priced very clean and nice, knowledgeable and friendly staff would definitely stay again! My husband and I stayed because I had a surgery and they had an available wheelchair for afterwards so I could get back up to our room. Staff was very accommodating.”

”Gave us the wrong room and once we got the right one it was missing bedding and the front desk just handed it to us. Leaking bathroom that there fix was a bucket. Rooms were not clean and need a lot of mant”
