”I reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub inside the room the jacuzzi tub was very dirty so I cleaned it and flushed the Jets still disgusting did not get to use it when I was sleeping I felt something crawling on me I decided to ignore it got up at 5:00 in the morning to see the whole floor was covered in sugar ants gross”

”Loved the location right in town and easy walking to stores and restaurants. Mid-April not many people in town or traffic. I don’t know if that makes a difference with traffic noises from cars going over the bridge next to the hotel. It wasn’t nosy during our one night stay. Wished the weather was nicer so we could sit in the nice patio attached to the room. Nice large windows let us enjoy watching the elk across the water.”

”This room was noisy, unclean, super small, and had terrible patches on the walls. ”

”The dogs barked all night. There was no room service. No tv, no microwave and no refrigerator ”

”Checked in, and then out 10 minutes later. Found 2 dead cockroaches on the bed, turned flashlight on phone to look under bed for more and 3 more came crawling out. While looking for bugs, discovered the bed frame covered in what appeared to be urine and other disgusting substances as well as the walls and nightstand. Hotel desk clerk was nice and apologetic. Did not receive a response from the manager after getting his/her number from desk clerk. Had to go through Expedia for refund as hotel...

”The hot tub had a huge black ring around the edges, not clean - would not even go in it - my first room the tub spout had been worked on but had like a 3 in piece of threaded pipe sticking out of the tub - with the spout screwed onto it - the water was running and could not be turned off and the refigerator made so much noise I had to turn if off to listen to the TV over all the hotel wreaked of old dirty carpet and mold - - The staff did give me a new room but that one the toilet handle stuck...

”Nice staff and free breakfast. Unfortunately the bathroom was in shocking conditions. The pipe above our bathroom must have had a severe leak and the ceiling was on the verge of falling into the shower. The bathroom tap was broken and had only ice cold water. Our door lock took many attempts to open every time. In summary the property is severely lacking in maintenance. ”

”All the facilities were great. The restaurant, bar was very nice. Food service and quality was excellent. I do wish they served breakfast there. ”
