”This is my second time staying st the Fairchild house. The place is very cosy, it has a feeling of home. Quiet neighborhood. Daryl who checked us in was very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was light but sufficient enough to start your day. Grits with shrimp and sausage was amazing. The only caveat is that each room has window A/C unit so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue otherwise its a great place to stay. We will be back ”

”Our first visit to NOLA for Mardi Gras and we couldn't have stayed in a better place, It's location in the Marigny district was perfect and the whole neighborhood is perfectly charming in a New Orleans way. ”This was a quaint place located in the garden district. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and just a short walk from the park and the street car system. Street parking was available however if it was not, there was also a parking lot directly across the street. It was well lit outside and felt very safe!”

"The hotel was grand and the pool area very nice. But the noice! We came from Europe and didn't know Bourbon street when booking the hotel and the hotel is on that street! It's terrible! I have never heard this loud noice of bars playing music next to each other starting in the early afternoon to 3.00 am. So if you are not joining this party, I really don't recommend any hotels i this area."
