”Really bad experience , Rooma are to old and smelly . It a good place to stay with families”

”Took a few minutes to get used to. Not a bad room. Long. Rather bland. Took too long to figure out the shower. The directions are on a sticker on a window where you check in. Gated. Needs to be. Not a bad side of town, just a neglected side of town. Great if you're tired of driving and need a place to crash. A cheap way out of expensive hotels for Mardi Gras.”

”Real thing was nothing like the pictures online. Hotel needs upgrades. Pool was very small nothing like the pictures and the water was green and dirty. Microwave was rusty, we had to ask to get it change, we did laundry and the drier was not working. Ironing board d was so rusty, pieces of it fell of when I grabbed it. Staff was always very loud talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge guests. It was a total mess. Both worth it at all. Breakfast was ok, AC had issues. ”

”Secure gated hotel. No elevators. Large room but dimly lit. Three lamps on the wall but they did not light up the room enough.”

”What i liked is that the rooms was very clean and the people was very helpful but trying to get the room when u get there was to slow for me because we had been there for at least 3 hours before I got my room I had to tell them I had my elderly mother with me for them to respond quickly u wish that they would do better in getting the rooms clean on time before people check into the hotel that would be a plus because it dont matter where u book from I feel u still should get a quick response for...

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”Siivous ei ollut ihan parasta mahdollista, oikeastaan huono. Pika siivous tehtiin monena iltana vasta. Tullessa lakana oli likainen ja myös ns puhdas pyyhe oli likainen. Ei imuroitu ollenkaan, ei vaihdettu joka päivä laseja, eikä tuotu kuin kerran vettä. Ravintola desiree oli tosi hyvä, aamiainen loistava ja lounaat myös. Hotellin koristelu hieno, mutta palvelu asenteessa parantamisen varaa sekä respassa, että jazz baarissa.”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...
