”This hotel was actually pretty great. I booked through an online service and when we got there we were super sketched on the location. It’s ROUGH, but it was too late to cancel and get refunded so we decided to stay. We found out afterwards that the location is a well known ho stroll but we don’t shame people for tryin to eat. "This is a pretty good hotel in a great location. A few small things bothered me, though. First, I was supposed to receive a $20 voucher and a bottle of water delivered to my room the next day, as I’m a long-time Hotels.com user. However, the front desk completely ignored this, and only on the last day—when I brought it up—did they acknowledge that I was entitled to them. I was also a bit bothered by how serious the front desk staff seemed. The hotel itself is in a great location. It’s about a 15-minute walk and you’re in the French Quarter. The hotel has a good restaurant with good food."
