”First room locks didn’t work or door closed properly, it had 2 cockroaches. Refrigerator was broken, told the front desk, and the lady told me all rooms are like that, that the “security” of all rooms is just the door handle. I got a different room, locks worked, refrigerator worked but was in horrible conditions but had 5 cockroaches! I returned my key and left right away! Horrible service!”

”There was mold on the shower curtain and I came into a 100 degree room hot as hell. But the bed was comfortable and everything work it’s in a bad area but it’s gated in so I felt safe.”

”The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. The property is older and could use some updating….BUT ITS ALWAYS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. It’s the staff that keeps us coming back. They are amazing!”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”Old property needs a lot of work at the apt ada ent to the mansion Elevator breaks down frequently internet breaks down frequently there's are dangerous it could get risky if you have hip problems or mobility issues will not recommend for someone who has problem working down and up stairs it's very contrived everywhere you go there are stairs”

”It’s so sad when it’s hot outside you think you’re bout to take a shower and the water don’t run and then when you ask them, do they have a plumbing issues they act like they’re all confused. I don’t know what’s going on. You turn on the water, the water makes a knocking sound and you can’t even take a shower so then they come and fix it and then all of a sudden it’s raining in your room that’s crazy you get changed from run room to the next to have the same issue who wants to stay in a room...
