”Room was lovely and comfy. Very clean wth en-suite, shower with amenities, towels body/shower gel, conditioner, hand cream and soap. Comfy double bed, the room had a coffee machine, kettle, fan and hairdryer. 32 inch TV suitable for room size. Complimentary breakfast more of a continental style but not fully. Teas, coffees, cereals, fruit, small selection of juices and toaster and microwave. Host was on hand to make hot drinks and toast, very hospitable and friendly. Guest are welcome to help...

The breakfast was freshly prepared and also had fruits and cereal bar as well. We had to order breakfast a day before and our table number was our room number. The rooms had coffee/tea facilities, snacks and toiletries and were replaced everyday. We got takeaway for dinner and were provided with plates and cutlery and allowed to use microwave and eat in...

”Nice and modern hotel close to the centre and key locations. Only negative aspect was the really loud music playing in the lobby, which makes it quite annoying entrance everytime you return to the hotel. Luckily the sound insulation is top class and you can’t hear the music - or anything else for that matter - in the rooms. ”

”A picture can tell a thousand lies. The staff were cold and non committal. The room was worn and had an odour. I paid extra for a balcony and had a view of a parking lot and a dumpster(skip). Definitely not worth the money. I also had to pay £15 for the parking. There are far better options in York ”
