”Upon arriving there was human feces on the lobby floor. When I went to look at the room there was a roach on the bed. No mini fridge in the room, no microwave in the room. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner only a small bar of soap. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. I asked for a full refund for my reservation which they agreed to and I'm waiting to receive.”

”Upon arrival, we waited about ten minutes for someone to greet us. Then he tried to say I owed some odd amount of money, even though I already fully paid on Expedia. He did not really say much when I questioned it, just gave me the room keys, so beware if someone is pocketing money, I am unsure on that. The room was awful. Had a weird smell, bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Floor was gross, toilet, everything. Walls were paper thin. Just a bad stay overall...”

”The hotel itself was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best thing about this hotel. The elevators were a 50/50 shot whether they would work or not. Many times we even got stuck for a minute or two on the elevators. The most disappointing thing was they advertised free breakfast on Expedia and Travelocity but that's a lie. I asked and they said no, free breakfast was not included with our stay even though when searching for a hotel I had the free breakfast filter checked.”
