## Space
This amazing property has been renovated in 2023 by the owners and you can see their loving touch in the modern but homely design and furnishings. The house gives the feeling of a tiny house as all spaces are optimally used and even though the total area is spacious, the house is spread over 4 stories.
Downstairs you find the toilet and shower room as well as the washing machine. On the first floor is the kitchen with dinging table. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge and freezer and coffee and tea facilities. The second floor gives way to a beautiful lounge room with a comfy sofa and smart TV. And finally, after a day of exploring the town and enjoying the beach, you can make your way up to the cozy bedroom with double bed located on the 3rd floor.
The location of the house is perfect - right next to the town's center, literally around the corner of a super market and one of the main underground parking garages and only minutes walking from the beach. Bus stops and the train station can easily be reached on foot as well.
## Access
Guests have access to the entire property. Please note that the property has 4 floors and no elevator. It is therefore not ideal for small children or people with mobility difficulties.

## Neighborhood
Your holiday home is situated in one of Zandvoort's most popular neighbourhoods. The town center and beach are within short walking distance. A large supermarket, shops, and restaurants are just around the corner.
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is close by and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI.
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Zandvoort is also something called "Amsterdam beach", because it's so close to Amsterdam. You can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.
## Transit
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The station is at 10 minute walking distance from the accommodation. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.
