Beach House in Zandvoort with Sea View

This unique beach house is located in Beach Houses Zandvoort, right by the beach, just 1.5 km from the town center.

This single-storey house features modern furnishings, a living area with a dining space, and an open kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer. It has two bedrooms with double closet-beds and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Air conditioning is available for comfort in both warm and colder months.

Enjoy outdoor life on the sandy beach, which has comfortable furniture. The beach houses are arranged in two rows, offering full or partial sea views, depending on the house number.

Please note that there is no dedicated parking at the resort. Public parking is available for a fee, especially high near the beach and town center. We recommend using parking lots or garages on the outskirts and check the Municipality of Zandvoort's website for affordable multi-day parking options. Zandvoort is also accessible by public transport from the station to the beach via bus line 81 or 84, with a short walk to the beach.

At Beach Houses Zandvoort, you can choose from three types of beach houses accommodating two to four people.

- From 25–28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park, so it may be busier than usual. A €400 deposit applies for 4-person accommodations and €700 for those with more than 4 people. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you don’t attend the festival. Please ensure your IBAN is entered under “My Details” for the refund after your stay.
