”I appreciated the gentleman who checked us in. I had called earlier that day to make sure I was in a handicap room. At that time, I wasn't. However, by the time we got there, I was assigned a handicapped room. We had also requested connecting rooms. They were also able to accommodate us with that. That was the good part. ”Everything was very nice during our stay with the only issue being at the breakfast. While our stay was for two nights, we were only able to partake in the free breakfast once.It was an awesome spread with plenty to choice from but all of the hot choices were cold. ”We checked in late after a long day to be able to get some sleep before getting up very early to catch a flight home. Check in went smooth and quick. When they seen that, my mother was not going to be able to go up to the second floor, they made sure to give her a ground floor room. We went to our room and found everything that we needed. ”The best thing about this hotel is their customer service. We stayed 2 nights for a local soccer tournament. The staff was amazing. They were flexible and patient. They allowed our soccer team to setup in the lobby for a team meal while we watched the Columbus Crew vs FC Cincinnati game. The room was very clean. I would have loved an elevator, but no big deal.
