”Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions ”

”Hieman hankala sisäänkirjautuminen koska varaus ei löytynyt aluksi. Aivan mahtava aamupala jonka sai valita listalta juomavaihtoehtoineen ja syödä koska tahansa. Myös aamupalan sisältyminen varaukseen aiheutti hämmennystä. Kaiken kaikkiaan ok huone. Hyvä sänky! Vähän huonosti siivottu, mutta henkilökunnan palvelualttius kuittasi kaiken. Bussipysäkki lentokentälle n. 500 metrin päässä hotellilta. ”

”This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively. They were always helpful and informative, and arranged better prices for bookings than we could elsewhere. Overall - highly recommended.”

”The owner was very polite and helpful , stayed up for me, room was large, great hot water, . would be nice to have a coffee available , maybe for purchase even, for early am departures. There is NO elevator, so could only take the small bag upstairs, worked out for me, but for others maybe will mean opening suitcase and repacking. The owner herself drove me to the airport as part of transport, very kind . For the price, and proximity to the airport, very good value and idea. I liked my stay ”

”Thanh and the hotel staff have been very warm and accommodating throughout my entire stay in Hanoi. The hotel is very convenient and accessible to most areas in the old and french quarters. St. Joseph cathedral is just one corner away from the hotel and it is also very close to Hoan Kiem lake. I would highly recommend this hotel. Best value for your money. ”

”The building is not meant for foreigners. It has mold in the bathroom . I saw two rooms and they were the same . It is an old building and the furniture is old. Even the glas on the night stand was broken I had to put a mask on fir the few hours I was there trying to chat with Expedia. I am still feeling like I have dust in my throat and lungs but it could be psychosomatic. Maybe local can sleep there because the have a higher immune system but I would not recommend it for foreigners ”
